Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At SHED, we make everything with uncompromising attention to detail and high standards of craft. Each piece is made individually in natural materials such as stone, wood and metal, so every piece is unique and may differ slightly in its small details.

Packaging

We take as much care in packing our objects as we do in making them. Each piece is packed with hard felt and secured inside a sturdy GI box, inspired by traditional Angadiya boxes, keeping everything safely in place on its way to you.

We work closely with our courier partners, but please be aware that there can sometimes be unexpected delays.

No returns or exchanges

We are not able to offer returns, exchanges or refunds, so please be sure of your order before you place it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or wrongly delivered product, or find a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, please write to us at shop@outoftheshed.in within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, date of purchase, delivery address and a photograph of the wrongly delivered or defective item, and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
